Our Story: Steve & Traci
We purchased this property in October 2018 and we are excited to start this new chapter in our lives. We have been coming to PV for many years and fell in love with the city and its people almost immediately. We purchased a condo in the Marina in 2009 and loved owning a property there. We decided it was time to make a bigger commitment to a home that we could enjoy with our family and friends for many years to come. We purchased Villa La Mansion in October 2018, and immediately began working to help the already beautiful home reach its full potential. We purchased all new beds, linens, and towels and made sure the kitchen was fully stocked for our guests. We are in the process of adding our personal touch to the home with the purchase of new decor and furniture to help the home really shine! In addition to this, we have taken on several larger projects to make the villa more usable for events and weddings.
Meet the Team
Alejandra Cobos, Axoloti Transfers & Tours – Transportation and Concierge Services
Alejandra and her team provide airport transfer and concierge services. She can help you book excursions, private transportation, spa services, or simply answer questions about the area. She is here to make your vacation seamless and worry free by taking care of all of your transportation and entertainment needs.
Leo Silva – Personal Chef
Daily chef service for breakfast is provided by La Mansion. Leo will contact you prior to your arrival to plan your menus and offer additional services and grocery delivery. He can also provide lunch, dinner, and event catering. With over 20 years in the business, Leo will amaze you with his culinary skills!
Alejandro Olivo – Waiter & Bartender
Alejandro is here to assist Leo in the kitchen and provide outstanding table service for our guests. He is also available for bartending for special events or to make your pool time as relaxing as possible.
Victor Barba- Property Manager
Victor is the onsite Property Manager. He is there to help with the day to day running of the house. He will take care of any maintenance issues that arise and take care of the grounds and the pool, and he will even do some light bartending! He is there to help you with anything you need to make your vacation stress free.
Diego Valdes – Assistant Property Manager
Diego is the onsite Property Manager at night. He arrives at 4pm daily, and will be there to assist in nightly dinner and bartending service, help with maintenance issues that arise, and generally take care of the guests’ needs.
Karina Bernal- Housekeeper
Karina is the onsite Housekeeper. She will make sure that the house is kept in perfect condition so that you don’t have to lift a finger. She will ensure that you have fresh linens and towels every day and take care of light cleaning around the villa so that you can truly enjoy your vacation.
