This varies widely depending on your meal and liquor choices. Generally speaking, groceries cost the same in Puerto Vallarta as they do in the US. We are happy to provide pre-stocking of groceries for only $50 (free if you book additional chef services). This service is free if you book any additional chef services during your stay (breakfast service is included).

Yes, there are a wide variety of lodging options within a few miles of our property, including an 11-bedroom house approximately 100 ft. from our villa. We would be happy to provide a list of nearby options upon request.

Our concierge, Alejandra, would be happy to provide airport transfer. Please see the “Rates and Services” page for pricing. In addition, she can provide daily transportation for you and your guests to and from the villa.

Reservations can be made with the owner directly or guests may use VRBO to book vacation rentals. Payment can be made through PayPal, Zelle, personal check, bank transfer, or Apple Pay.

Yes, we do have a wedding planner on staff and we can offer competitive pricing for your event. However, if you have your own wedding planner, we are happy to work with you and your planner to make sure that the entire process is as simple as possible. We suggest the usual gratuity of $10-15 USD per day per guest to be split between the staff. If you hire the chef for additional meals, a gratuity of 15-20% of the charge for chef service would be appropriate. Your gratuity is greatly appreciated and may be given daily to each staff member or at the conclusion of your stay. The villa does not accept credit cards, cash only (USD or MXN).

Chef service for breakfast is provided every day which includes a chef, sous chef and waiter (groceries and gratuity are not included). In addition, our chef and his team can be hired for additional meals during your stay (see “Rates and Services” for more info). We provide daily housekeeping service (except for Sundays). Also, we employ a property manager who will be onsite daily (except Sunday) to take care of the pool and grounds, unexpected repairs or maintenance, and to help you with any of your day to day needs. You can hire a professional bartender for a very reasonable price (see “Rates and Services” for more info). Finally, our concierge can help you set up airport transport, tours, spa service, etc. Please note that staff will not be available on Mexican holidays.

We have limited parking at the villa. We have parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway. There is additional street parking, but it is not always available. Our concierge, Alejandra, or your wedding planner can arrange a shuttle service to transport guests to and from the wedding.

Cancellations that are made sixty 60 or more days prior to the arrival date will forfeit their advance payment of 50%. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within sixty (60) days or less of the arrival date will forfeit the full payment.

The fee for the event rental only includes the use of the space. Our property manager will be onsite to help with maintenance, cleaning and problem solving during the event. If you are interested in a catering or wedding package, we do have several different options available.
