Having your wedding at Villa La Mansion in Puerto Vallarta can be a great choice for several reasons.
Beautiful location: Villa La Mansion is a luxury oceanfront villa located in Puerto Vallarta, which offers stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding landscape. Weddings can be held on the large, sand beach or even by the pool for smaller weddings.
Wedding Packages: Villa La Mansion offers a basic package for weddings based on the number of people you have attending (up to 150 people). The pricing includes the assistance of a wedding coordinator, catering and other services.
Wedding Venue: Villa La Mansion has two areas for weddings, the sandy beach level and the garden-pool terrace level, which overlooks the beach. Ceremonies for up to 100 people can be held in the garden and up to 150 people can be hosted on the beach.
Accommodation: Villa La Mansion has 6 bedrooms and can sleep up to 20 people.

La Mansion is available to rent for the event only with no nightly stay. Pricing is as follows:
Weddings or Events up to 150 people (no nightly rental):
Pricing for 2025:
Event rental fee = $7495
16% Tax = $1199
Total = $8694
Pricing for 2026:
Event rental fee = $7995
16% Tax = $1279
Total = $9274
This includes use of the event space beginning at 12 pm and ending at 12 am on the day event. If the villa does not have guests checking out on the day of the event, the space will be available at 9am.
Please note that the event rental fee is for use of space only and does not include equipment rental, catering, etc.
Reduced pricing ( $500 discount) is available for event only rental on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
Please note that during the months of January and February, we only allow for “Event Only” bookings. If you are interested in reserving a day during the month, inquire directly with the owner as it may show as unavailable on our VRBO calendar even though it is available.
Discounted pricing for the venue is available with a 4 night minimum stay. Pricing is as follows:

$2695 x 4 = $10,780

Additional events (rehearsal dinners, post wedding brunch, pool parties, etc.) over the occupancy of 20 which are booked during a 4 night stay will be charged an additional fee. Please note that the event rental fee is for use of space only and does not include equipment rental, catering, etc. Guests will need to work with a wedding planner or in house staff for everything needed for their event.

Wedding Planning & Catering:
It is required that the guest use a wedding planner for his/her event. Villa La Mansion has an in-house wedding planner and offers competitive rates and a variety of packages. You may also use your own wedding planner and their approved vendors. Please inquire here for more information about our packages. We can also offer a list of references for outside wedding planners.
